EMPLOYER'S LIABILITY DUE TO AGENT
Abstract
The article addresses the employer's accident and objective liability in the Brazilian legal context, exploring the concept of agent and the employer's responsibility for the acts of its employees. It discusses the objective responsibility of the State in relation to its employees and the right of return. The text also presents situations in which the employer can be exempted from this responsibility. Furthermore, it mentions the objective responsibility of public administration service providers, in accordance with the 1988 Constitution.Attribution License that allows the sharing of the manuscript with acknowledgment of authorship and initial publication in this magazine.
